- Orders are processed within 1–2 working days after payment confirmation
- Orders placed after working hours will be processed on the next working day
- No processing on Sundays & Public Holidays

- Standard Delivery: 2–4 working days
- Express Delivery (if available): 1–2 working days
- Delivery times may vary during peak periods or sales campaigns

- Shipping fees will be calculated at checkout
- Free shipping may be available during promotions or for minimum spend

- We currently deliver within Singapore only
- For special requests or bulk orders, please contact us directly

- All orders will be shipped with tracking (e.g. SPX / courier partner)
- Tracking number will be provided once your order is shipped

- If your parcel is missing, please contact us within 3 days of the expected delivery date
- We will assist in checking with the courier, but final resolution is subject to courier investigation
